Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed (this excludes weekends and public holidays).

While I always strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible, life with two little ones can sometimes throw in a few surprises! These processing times are in place to ensure I can give each order the care it deserves. Rest assured, I’ll always do my best to get your beautiful pieces to you as soon as I can.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are on top of the standard order processing timeframes and are out of my control.

Orders ship twice a week from the Gold Coast on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before your order is shipped (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times are on top of the standard order processing timeframes.

We ship with Australia Post. Shipping times will vary based on your location and the shipping option you select. For more details, please see my Shipping Policy.

$5 flat rate shipping and $10 Express shipping Australia wide.

I do not currently offer international shipping.

1. If you have a tape measure, simply wrap it around your wrist and note the measurement.
2. If you're using a piece of string, wrap it around your wrist, then measure the length of the string with a ruler.

At the moment, I don't offer a resizing service. However, if you receive your items and find that the size isn't a perfect fit, don't worry! I'd be delighted to assist with an exchange.

Please note, return shipping costs are your responsibility. To avoid disappointment, ensure you are measuring your wrist and referring to the Size Guide prior to placing your order.

1. Roll your bracelets on and off your wrist gently to avoid unnecessary stretching of the elastic.
2. Handle those glass beads with care; they’re little treasures, and many are painted, so be mindful to avoid scratching or dropping them.
3. Keep your bracelets dry by taking them off before getting in the water—this helps preserve their beauty and longevity.

Please note, letter and heart beads may naturally fade over time. Kindly understand that I do not offer returns or refunds for any fading that occurs.

While I don’t currently offer a dedicated children's range, I'm more than happy to create something bespoke for your little one. If you have a specific design in mind or would love a matching set, just Contact Me, and I’ll craft a custom piece that’s just right.

A quick note on safety: Bracelets are not recommended for children under 3 years old. For children over 3, I strongly advise they are worn only under close supervision. Bracelets should always be kept out of reach when not in use, and for their safety, I highly recommend removing them before naps or bedtime.

Letter beads are crafted from acrylic, while the round beads are made of glass.
